 One of the devastating effects of the Covid-19 pandemic has been the increased challenges in cash flow management which have inhibited most debtors from settling their obligations when they fall due. Institutions and individuals alike are feeling this impact, more so, the financial sector whose core business is lending. Demand letters followed by phone calls to owing clients have been made but this seems not to be yielding many results. The business world is at a point where common business theories and practices seem not to be yielding the desired results.
