To All 2026 Paid-Up Members of the Zambia Institute of Banking & Financial Services (ZIBFS), this is to formally notify you that the 33^rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of ZIBFS will convene on Friday, 27^th November 2026, at Protea Hotel Lusaka Marriott, Arcades Shopping Complex. The proceedings will commence at 15:30 hours. All 2026 paid-up Members are invited to attend and are urged to observe the scheduled time. Please confirm your attendance with the ZIBFS Secretariat no later than 20^th November 2026 to assist with planning.

1. Admittance to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) is restricted to 2026 paid-up members only. ZIBFS paid-up individual members must present their membership cards or NRC at the entry.
2. For 2026 paid-up corporate members, the designated representative must provide written proof of authority to represent the corporate member. Such authorization must be received by the Institute Secretariat at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled AGM.
