The Zambia Institute of Banking & Financial Services (ZIBFS) is developing its 2027–2029 Strategic Plan, and we are inviting our valued stakeholders to contribute their perspectives, experiences and expectations.
As the financial services sector continues to evolve, your insight is important in helping ZIBFS ensure that its programmes, professional development initiatives, membership services, digital learning, industry partnerships and knowledge platforms remain relevant to the needs of the sector.
We would particularly value your input on the future of professional education and CPD, membership value, digital transformation, industry-relevant programmes, professionalism and ethics, research, innovation, student development and collaboration across the financial services ecosystem.
This is an opportunity to help shape the priorities that will guide ZIBFS over the next three years and strengthen the value the Institute provides to professionals, employers, students, members and the wider financial services industry.
