NOTICE OF THE 32ND AGM OF THE ZIBFS – 28TH NOVEMBER, 2025
To All 2025 Paid-Up Members of the Zambia Institute of Banking & Financial Services (ZIBFS), this is to formally notify you that the 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of ZIBFS will be held on Friday, 28th November 2025, at Protea Hotel Lusaka Tower, Arcades Shopping Complex. The proceedings will commence at 15:30 hours. All 2025 paid-up Members are invited to attend and are urged to observe the scheduled time. Please confirm your attendance with the ZIBFS Secretariat no later than 21st November 2025 to assist with planning.

- Admittance to the AGM is restricted to 2025 paid-up members only. ZIBFS paid-up individual members must present their membership cards or NRC at the entry.
- For 2025 paid-up corporate members, the designated representative must provide written proof of authority to represent the corporate member. Such authorization must be received by the Institute Secretariat at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled AGM.
